Speaking to an overflow crowd of 190 students at Kiel University November 18, the Consul for Public Affairs Mike Stevens analyzed U.S. election results and stressed the common agenda that Europe and America have in dealing with pressing world problems. The talk, sponsored by Kiel’s German-American Institute the "Kennedy Infozentrum" and the school’s Student Union, drew questions about civil liberties in the U.S., and about Iran, Israel, and the Middle East. | ||
