Consul Karen E. Johnson Shares Insights on Afghanistan

Johnson was an invited speaker at a two-day German Canadian workshop on ‘NATO and the International Engagement in Afghanistan’ organized by the Hamburg-based Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy and hosted by the German Armed Forces Staff and Command College.
